At One Good Knife Spices we take pride and care in shipping your products to you. If you are not satisfied with your purchase inform us within 30 days for a replacement or refund. Email us at info@onegoodknifespices.com or call 407-280-3094 (Monday to Friday 8am - 4pm EST). Please provide the order number and full name under which it was purchased.

OUR SHIPPING POLICY
We offer FREE standard shipping for orders within the US over $30 (before taxes and discounts). All orders under $30 will be charged at standard shipping rates which will be calculated at checkout.
Items will be shipped within 3 days of receipt of order. You'll be notified once items have shipped. Any cancellations can be made prior to shipment with no penalty.
